"Do not use them in the Belmont, NC area. I called on a Monday, and scheduled a cleaning for Wednesday. They gave me an arrival timeframe of 10 am - 1:00 p.m. On the day of my cleaning, I called on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. to confirm my appointment. The representative informed me that I was on the schedule and that someone would call me before their arrival time. At noon, I called them to get a status. I spoke with Claudia and she informed me that I was out of their service area and they could not help me. I was frustrated and asked her for a manager. She said she could not send me to a manager because my area was out of the service area. She then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else, and he informed me the same thing. I told him I would even pay extra to have someone come out today. He also hung up on me. I called again, and spoke to someone else and the representative lied and said that a techinican attempted to contact me today. I told him that was a lie because I called at 9:00 a.m the day of my appointment. I left work to get this done, and I also picked up all my furniture. DO NOT USE THEM. RUN AWAY."
