"Typical laundry cleaners. On the receipt they are called “Crystal Cleaners” and on the plastic wrap around your clothes. Haven’t tried the same day service, just the regular service with pickup after 4pm the next day, both shirts and pants."
"Called to see about same day pickup as I have been in Charlotte working for nearly two weeks due to hurricane. Cutoff is 9 am she says. Told her I would hurry. 9:02 am I go in and the girl I spoke with tells the manager/owner? that I am the one that called. Tomorrow at 4 pm he says. I tell him that I have been gone for the hurricane and leave in the morning for the rest of the week for work in Raleigh. Doesn't care. I leave--NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!!!! Shame on you--merciless in the worst storm!!!"
"Great location! The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. My clothing comes back nicely pressed and clean (what more can you ask!) They have great hours as well so I can drop off and pick up before and after my own work hours. I am a repeat customer. Thank you."
