"I tried using this company multiple times, mainly because I was new to what I was doing. First I kept getting different prices on the SAME linens, but to top it off, not 1 time but twice my customers linens came back mixed up, this last time with someone’s old ripped towels and my sheets where white and now they are yellow. Stains never even came out so I question what they are even using to wash with. I had one excuse after another and in the end, I was left ghosted about my customers stuff. I would definitely recommend the cleaners that are in the same complex as them. They are cheaper, more professional and more importantly, you get back what you send!!!!"

"Fair price for fair (not great) service. Not of enough starch in the shirts for me, but I'm old school. No clips on the sleeves to help the shirts keep their shape. Definitely should be."

"Easily the best in town. Deliver, as promised at drop off, every time. I've tried other local places and typically don't get an honest pickup date or get strung along for multiple days, not with river run. Convenient drive up&drop off as well."

"Lost a shirt that needed additional attention. Five courteous visits from Oak Island to retrieve item. That last two visits resulted in promises that I would be called back at the end of the day. Never happened. They seem to be fixated on the fact that I can't describe the missing shirt. I take a bundle at a time and pay little attention to what is dropped off. Now, it is more about having someone from the shop admit that it was lost and we apologize. Poor business relations."
