If you wake up stuffy and can't get your breath, screw off the panel in the kitchen ten inches of dust. Dust blowing all over food, and dishes. People in the office lie, we don't know why liar lie, it's for money. They don't care about helping you it's a front, those smiling faces are all pretend, it's all about the money, those heifers (slang word) in the front and back office is very deceitful watch yourself. Asinine in the dictionary, meaning all those heifers."

"Place was full of bugs, didn’t feel clean nor comfortable for the year that my family and i lived there. Couldn’t take my son outside because it was littered in cigarettes buds. Now that we moved out they are trying to charge us an insane amount for leaving, even though our lease was up. Definitely do not recommend at all."

"Last year a person was killed in an apartment fire, this year a body was found days after the death. Same thing with the years before that. We have two security gates, only one of them is occupied past 6pm. While the other gate has recently been closed after years, now with only one way in & one way out, causing traffic jams every day. The security guards let anyone ride past without id check, I’ve sat and watched them. There are so many drugs in this complex, it’s not even funny. Dogs run loose while kids play. While the owners leave their poop & spread diseases causing emails to be sent out. For every 5$ blind that is even discolored, you are charged 50-100$. In the summer, the air conditioning is bad enough to the point you’d rather be outside. The walls are PAPER THIN, neighbors argue on daily basis and you have to be extra quiet or you’ll be arguing with them. If you have a flat tire, you’re going to get a tow notice. If you’re a couple days late on registration, tow notice. Rock busted your window? Tow notice. The staff at this complex is so unprofessional & unknowing. A staff full of very obnoxious emotional unwitting persons. But, even with the multiple deaths per year, the mold and the nonworking ac units, the roaches that spread from other buildings, the bumpy & hole filled roads, the one way out, & the shootings, and the fact I can’t walk through my complex without being offered drugs, and the unanswered work orders, they STILL raise the rent every time you’re close to renewal, from 100-250$ every time. And if you don’t renew, month to month is 3-400$ more. These people do not work with you, they will not understand your situation, you WILL not want to live here about 1 month into your stay. Pet deposits have been raised to 300-350, with the space in these 1 bedrooms it’s not even worth it. Our balconies and porches are riddled with gum and random items that aren’t supposed to be there. Our dumpsters get dumped once maybe twice a week, at 6am when you’re asleep. Hell, even the people that cut the grass argue with the residents, mainly about getting too close to our cars with the weed-eater, they’re not gonna stop though. I’ve been here for more than 2 years unfortunately and I’ll be leaving soon. I just hope this long paragraph will help somebody from making the same mistake me & 85% of the rest of this community made by moving in here expecting something nice."

"Rent is a ridiculous amount so you don’t get what you pay for . I literally had to throw all of my furniture out due to the infestation of roaches!!! Maintenance covers problems up instead of fixing things and police are always called !! Not to mention the random gunshots you hear from the parking lot and the ones from fort Bragg!!!!"

"I don’t even know where to start with this place. It is absolutely horrible. First off, management is garbage and doesn’t help tenants. Secondly, they just paint over mold and don’t fix leaks. On top of that, this place is always infested with some type of bug. Please steer far away from here. Not worth your time and hard earned money. I rather be homeless than live here."
