"If you see anything above a 1 star it’s a lie. In my time living here many things were broken not by me or my roommates they just stopped working like my washing machine my shower my dishwasher and my stove which I think are pretty important things to live and it took maintenance months to fix.every month I had new charges added to my account for no reason. There was black mold everywhere and even when I tried to clean it or call maintenance nothing would work and they couldn’t fix it. The staff were very rude one morning at 8 am I was asleep and didn’t hear a knock on my door so the manager or one of the workers I guess just decided to walk in and then walk in my room while I was asleep and wake me up to tell me someone was moving in today because one of my roommates subleased. It was a total breach of privacy extremely embarrassing and rude. When I moved out they charged me $75 for broken blinds that were there when I moved in the washing machine that I put in a maintenance request for which was $400 my shower which also had a maintenance request for $300 and my carpet for $400 this complex is an abomination. PLEASE I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! We had a problem with our unit flooding with sewage water. When asked, the maintenance team told us they did not want to see the issue. The unit smelled like urine and feces but we were told that it was habitable. The property manager was condescending toward us and our parents (she rolled her eyes at us when speaking to her.) She would e-mail us saying something was getting done, and when coming back to the apartment the issue was not fixed. Our parents had to reach out to the COO and upper management for anything to get done properly. We constantly have bugs in our apartment when they "spray" every week. This may be a cheaper place to stay but you get what you pay for."
"It is UNSAFE to live here. There have been multiple shootings in the two years I've lived here. Everything is covered in black mold (which the complex chose to ignore and leave untreated), so I was either sick or stuffy from it constantly. I've dealt with roaches, spiders, millipedes, centipedes, fleas, earwigs, ants, and more INFESTING my apartment. A mouse came out of my bathtub drain while I was taking a shower. Roaches were coming out of ceiling fans and light fixtures by the dozens. The Office's response was to "tape any holes" between the light fixtures and the walls until maintenance and pest control could fix the issue. The maintenance team never came, and pest control simply put sticky traps down and did not treat the place. I know you are choosing to live here because you are on a budget but I am telling you, there are multiple complexes nearby that are maybe $50-$100 more a month and it is WELL WORTH IT for the better living conditions. If you choose to live here, I wish you the best of luck. Be prepared to throw your belongings away due to mold or flea infestation."
"Terrible place to live. There is virtually no upkeep in between tenants. They did not inspect my apartment before I moved in (I was a sublet), but suddenly discovered that the bedroom lock was broken, and there was a huge stain in the carpet (Which they are currently trying to charge ME $300 for). They do not properly clean out or inspect a room after a person moves out. Be mindful of this because if a person moves out early and doesn't get all their stuff, you can and will be charged for it. The kitchen cabinets are incredible nasty and the place looks outdated, stained and gross. There is also a constant fruit fly problem. Walls are thin. The whole place is neglected and once they rope you in you have to pay for the replacements and stuff they just never bothered to clean or fix. You could say it's the fault of past tenants and roommates but no these are individual leases and if you are running a business you are responsible for the product well before it gets into someone else's hands. And college students will grit their teeth and accept the poor apartment because a) it's probably their first lease, b) no other choice or c) naivety. It's a disservice to know that and take advantage of that."
"Porch above caught on fire. Rubble and broken glass has been sitting outside for seven weeks now. They told me they were going to clean it and never do. Complex could be nice, but the maintenance is so shocking it isn’t worth living here. No longer a cheap place to live either with new fees."
