"Run as fast as you can & never stay there... Scammers & crooks. I didn't stay there. Not even a minute in their place & the apartment i saw had a damaged floor even though it was recently remodeled & the smell of Marijuana was all over the building & I stopped the application but with great arrogance & aggressive face came the manager ( Katrina) a stupid creature who wanted to fight & apparently has hatred issues against men. First I was told she wasn't available until 4 p.m but when i wanted to cancel around 1 p.m she suddenly became available& processing etc just to charge me . More over i wanted to talk to her , she forced me to wait half an hour Meanwhileshe was sitting in her officedoing nothing & just told me that they are gonna charge me 200$ anyway, I didn't stay there & my application was never processed but they charged me with cocky faces & trashy attitude. They didn't even respect my situation that I am a disabled veteran & they just wan to suck blood dry . Freaking Katrina is pure arrogant & aggressive. & she must be fired & kicked out . Totally unprofessional"

"I’ve been staying here for 3 years now and The power always goes out from rain storms even if it doesn’t rain a lot adleast 8 times a year. My power is out right now as I’m writing this review its sad. If I could afford something more better I would. I had to lit candles up till the morning until someone is able to come."

"Make sure y’all read your contracts you have to let them know 60 days prior before your contract ends, me personally couldn’t do it because I’m on the military got to much stuff going on and I spend the last month in a half on training but they are going to force you to stay even if your lease ends. They have no consideration for the soldiers!"

"The whole staff at Cliffsdale welcomed me with open arms and were patient with questions I had for them. They made sure to set me up with all benefits/incentives with day of move in. I am very excited to become a resident here at Cliffsdale!"

"If you don't have a gun and top notch security for your home and vehicle, don't stay there....people will steal your stuff and the apartment management won't care to help you get simple camera footage until they feel it's convenient for them. I've witnessed this happen to a few residents there. Live where it's worth the price because this ain't it."
