"I lived here for almost 4 years now and never had an issue. When I’ve called my issues are always solved within a reasonable time at least 24-48 hours. Assistant Manager Michael(Mike) is one of the best. He always makes sure things are in order and good with the tenants. I had to give him 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Do not move here. I should have known it was a red flag at the beginning when Jalissa the leasing agent didn’t even contact me to tell me that my unit was not ready and i couldn’t move in the date she rushed me to pick. Your neighbors tend to be good people in the 1 bed area but please prepare for your unit to smell like a sewer at night(WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR) it was so bad before that it made me puke. They also will try to scam you. I am a 1 person household who is usually working 12 hours a day and barely home, got a sewer and water bill added to my bill knowing for a fact that the average 1 bed person meter does not fall into a 30,000 usage. On the other hand if your washing machine or dryer breaks down it will be an entire month for them to replace it. I am over this apartment complex, if you are a single person living alone who works hard please CHOOSE ELSE WHERE, i know it is affordable but do your best to invest in something else. Pines of Ashton needs to fire everyone inside that building and replace them with professionals! Also be kind to security they are the only good ones on the team!"

"Messed up rent and made me pay a late fee even though it was their systems fault. Annoying management/security. Will get notified for any and everything anyone does wrong. They never fixed my bedroom window that leaks when it rains, after requested. As much as I pay in rent things should be fixed and residents left alone. I haven’t had a problem with the tenants, my neighbors have been great."

"So polite and friendly. Sweetest lady here. Very helpful and informational. We even got a little history about the apartment complex which was very insightful. She explained all fees and terms. Even gave helpful tips for managing extra unit expenses. Thanks again for the lovely tour. The apartment complex was very clean. Security was walking around when we arrived. Don’t let the yellow apartments across the street scare you, they don’t own them. The own all of the Pines(780 units). Lovely grounds. I’m excited to apply."
