"I’ve lived here for almost six months and can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the apartment, community and management team. Paige and Jenna at the office are fantastic and very responsive! Plus they always give a treat to the many fur babies that visit. The apartment is very sleek and maintenance is great. "Have lived here now for almost a year, have never had a major issue and any minor issue was solved right away. The staff is super nice and helpful especially Jenna, she helped us find our place and since has been incredibly sweet and helpful. The property is super nice and new appliances and renovations. Both of the pools are fun but relaxing place to hangout at during the summer time. The property is a nice little community, have had no issues with neighbors. Overall would definitely recommend."
"I have loved living at Courtland Midtown East for the past 3 years! Jenna and the leasing staff are so helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff is also very professional, and every request is completed the same day, if not within a few hours! All the amenities, especially the two pools, are the best you will find in Raleigh! The community is clean and safe, and all my neighbors have been quiet and welcoming. It’s the perfect peaceful place to live with easy access to downtown Raleigh. I would highly recommend living here to anyone I know."

"We moved in this September and have had a great experience so far! We absolutely love the staff! They have helped us through any issues we have had in a timely and respectful manner! They have sooo many amenities at your fingertips. We love the location of the complex it’s super close to downtown and north hills it’s the perfect spot! They also have food trucks all the time and have many exercise classes to choose from. I would 100% recommend anyone to move here whether they are out-of-state or local!"
