"23 dryers and 5 don’t work. 22 washers and 5 of them don’t work or have no hot water option. The ladies that actually work are nice. But what I’ve been told about the owners and seen personally this place it’s poorly ran. They don’t allow the AC to be turned on. It been 78 degrees countless times at 8-9 in the morning. The owners don’t come frequent enough to empty money from washers and refill the change machine. Dryers and washers that were broke in June are still broke in November. The place is well used but the ladies that work 12 hours do their best to keep it clean. Have seen countess roaches and other interesting bugs. They are only open from 8am- 8pm. They now are not allowing you to put your basket in front of the washer or dryer and will move your belongings without asking. The washtubs in whiteville and the one in chadbourn are ran by the same owners. Save your body the sweat and mind the patience and wash your clothes somewhere else."

Wow Walked in at 6:15pm 11-05-18 Told, Immediately upon entering, the doors lock at 7:30pm She lied...walking out wirh wet clothes at7:14pm Why I returned, I don't know. I was in Myrtle Beach Yesterday. I was in Williamsburg today. I'll be in Lumberton tomorrow. I won't, ever, be back here again. Not with the options at my beckoning. Maybe some one needs ro start a rent to own that deals in laundry equipement. With 1 regular load going for $3.50 here, a family of 4 can save 8 x $3.50 ($28.00) a week by avoiding all these wash tub places and renting a washer for $25.00 a week. Yoo hoo Booming business idea here..... LoL"
