"I enjoyed living here very much. Anytime I placed a work order my work order was filled in a timely manner. The front office staff was very friendly. Brianna from the office has a lot of dedication to her job. Every month they have events for the residents and usually they have seltzers, wine coolers, and beer at the events. I enjoyed the TVs in the gym because you can play pandora on them with no ads. I wish they had some updated equipment. It’s also a bonus to have food loin right next to the complex."

"One year ago, I checked out most of the apartment communities near Fort Liberty and ultimately chose this one. #1, it's very close to the base. #2, the rent is very attractive compared to other places, and only here provides a washer and dryer. #3, the apartment is relatively new, and the layout is very practical. #4, the initial fees required at other places are higher than here. #5, they have an excellent manager who cares and is willing to help address our concerns. Moreover, they notified us within three days after the contract ended that they would refund the full security deposit. I am extremely satisfied with my stay here, and I give it a 5-star review."

The leasing team is very welcoming every time I come into the office. They have monthly community events for the residents that are well thought out and well planned. I will be renewing my lease this year!"

"Brianna helped my husband and I when we really needed it. The ladies in the leasing office are amazing and definitely treat you as family! Let’s not get me started on the amenities and the apartment itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The maintenance men are so nice and respectful and come as soon as possible (I’ve never had to wait more than 2 days to get something cosmetic fixed, I don’t know about something urgent I haven’t had problems thus far). The community is clean and I feel super safe when I’m taking walks either alone or with my husband. 10/10 definitely recommend!"
