"After Pro Cleaning "cleaned" my mom's 3 year old carpet, there were still stains left on the floor and very visible dirt along the baseboards. When calling him about the stains, he made excuse after excuse why the carpet couldn't come clean. He even had the gall to say he needed a special tool to clean by the baseboards. Really? No joke! Why didn't he use it? We were able to remove the stains ourselves with Resolve Carpet Cleaner. Our mistake was prepaying him for his services. We decided NOT to have him come out to reclean. Buyer beware."
