"Called 4 times over a 2 week period, spoke to Joe initially and after that always ended up with Josh. Josh did not return calls, never showed when he said he would. On the 5th call, I again got the same and when I confronted him about the past phone calls and promises, he told me to have someone else fix the system, hung up on me and then blocked my calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, AT LEAST NOT Josh"

"These guys are amazing. I live in Columbia and had to call someone to go to my grandmother's house in Bennettsville because her air was out. It was 90 degrees in her house and that is not acceptable for anyone. I called them at 1030pm and they were there within 30 mins and had her up and running in another 30. The importance of having a trustworthy company with respectful technicians can not be understated. Amazing company.
