"Hello I would like to share my experience with the company. This has been a very pleasant experience and I would like to thank the staff. I had a few issues with the the appliance’s in my kitchen and were very professional handled. The team contacted me immediately to find out what could be done.I would like say that the staff has definitely made a great improvement."

"Two weeks after I moved in, there was a mass shooting that occurred. Was walking my dog the day before and saw the person that woul kill multiple people in neighborhood walking with his brother whom he would shoot first. The office members overall have given me a hard time since I moved in. Was suppose to have the choice of a few units when I moved in AS SOON as I paid my application fee I was told if I did not move into one specific unit I would lose the $300 application fee. Was charged multiple fees due to rental insurance of which I had. The last two fees the office said they would not remove, although they changed their policy without my knowledge , I was told my policy did not state business name correctly AFTER living here for a year with exact same words in policy from day one. Black mold I complained and sent pictures about, nothing ever done. I never felt so unwanted, and uncomfortable to live somewhere in my life. Looks like beautiful neighborhood the trauma from shooting mixed with dealing with office staff made me decide to move. I can’t see myself paying rent somewhere that just about every encounter with office staff is sour until you decide to move."

"I had an emergency water leak within my unit on a Saturday. Waited 3 hours for emergency maintenance to show up and basically tell me nothing and that they can't do anything. Then the leasing office employees left early (i went for an update at 4:30 and they closed at 5 according to the website). I have been forced to live in a unit where I was told the ceiling and floor might collapse with no updates after leaving countless messages on the emergency lines. DO NOT move here unless you're okay with that type of response."

"APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!! You will be charged 350.00 regardless if you're approved or not. Per the information on the application screen only states that the 50.00 application fee is non refundable. This company charges a 300.00 administration fee as well. These charges are processed when you submit your application. Your application won't begin until this is paid. I changed my mind about this property due to fact that they don't provide a washer and dryer or internet services. I didn't want to rent one from an outside source as they suggested. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPLEX before asking ALL QUESTIONS and make sure you're 100% sure that you want to lease here. Otherwise it will be a very costly mistake!"
