"Just moved here from out of state and was a bit skeptical due to some of the reviews. After touring many apartments I can truly say the office staff here made my decision is choosing Averelle. I was going through a messy break up and the way the property manager Jermal understood, related and made me feel at ease was impeccable. The assistant Brianna is newer to the team but willing to answer all questions and help! Very happy with my decision."
"We have only had an apartment here since February but in that short period we have found the staff to be awesome! We had an emergency (that was our own fault) in our apartment and Jermal, the manager, and Tony, the maintenance leader, were incredible. They helped us through our crisis and were so kind and considerate. Tony spent an entire weekend working to assure our problem was handled. I truly cannot say enough good things about them."
"Today my boyfriend and I completed our 1 year lease. The issues throughout the year never stopped; Rats running around you, gnats everywhere, leaks in the ceilings for weeks , office doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, no heat for 4 weeks in December, washer and dryer facility barely has working machines, etc. maintenance literally told us several times to go up to the office and put our foot down or they we would’ve never gotten out heater fixed in December. Towards the end there was some unnecessary attitude from management because we were late on our final rent but we knew that we needed to pay late fee and we did. By far worst experience ever I would never wish this on anyone. The office is unreliable in many ways. We looked forward everyday to leaving and the day has finally come. This place is truly filthy and gross in many ways. Management needs to be checked. There should be no reason why this place is so unstable. The disappointment is endless."
"Please don’t be fooled by the bad reviews! My husband and I just moved from California to Averelle North Hills without even coming to see it first and we are VERY happy! The property manager Jermal is very efficient and does the best he can to make sure things get taken care of! We are very grateful!"
