Prose New Hope Apartments

"Since November 3rd, 2023, I've been in a frustrating ordeal with this apartment property. According to their risk-free cancellation policy, I am entitled to a refund of the fees I paid. However, instead of honoring their policy, they've been evasive and deceptive. They even falsely claimed to my bank that I was aware of their no-refund policy, which is simply not true. Despite numerous calls to the office, I've been met with nothing but excuses and passing the buck. The Community Manager, Marsha, assured me multiple times that I would receive the $355 refund, but to this day, it has not materialized. This experience has left me disappointed and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this community. If they can't be trusted to fulfill their promises and resolve issues honestly, it's certainly not a place worth considering for living."

"I am having the same experiences as others who have given 1 or 2 stars...dog poop, dirty breezeway, lack of parking and now I hear some are paying less rent than I. I live in the worst building in the complex - on the corner of New Hope and Buffaloe so one side has no parking. I told Kiara R. I didn't want to live in this building but she told me i didn't have a choice. Currently I am driving a rental because my car was stolen from the property in November & still at the mechanic. It is just one thing after another."

"Prose New Hope had potential but has yet to meet the mark. Firstly, the apartment complex is filled with dog poop and trash all over the parking lot. Management does nothing to solve this. They don’t penalize people for not picking up after their pets, so it’s an ongoing issue. The tenants here aren’t respectful of shared spaces and have undocumented pets. Secondly, it should not be considered luxury in anyway. The units are subpar. You can see many defects throughout the unit. The amenities are okay, the gym is missing parts to machines and the part still hasn’t been ordered. It’s unsafe, many break ins have happen lately, packages being stolen. Lastly, the new tenants are locked in at a way lower rate than previous tenants.We are paying more for the same unit and it’s not worth the price. If I didn’t have needed to move quickly, I wouldn’t have chose to live here. The parking lot is overly congested. I do not recommended Prose New Hope for long term living (a year)."

"I applied for an apartment here, but unfortunately was not able to move at this time due to unforeseen circumstances. I did want to come on here and leave a good review for Kiara, the leasing agent, because she went above and beyond to help me during the application process. I am deeply saddened I never got an opportunity to live in this community but Kiara deserves credit and recognition for all the help she gave me. Furthermore, when I toured the apartments they were absolutely beautiful inside! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment around Raleigh."

"With the experience we've had so far in our moving process, it's been super great. My roommates & myself are in the process of moving to North Carolina from another state that we've lived in our whole lives. The application process was very smooth, any questions we had they were able to answer over the phone & the staff overall has been so reassuring. It's a tough long process to move states & has been super stressful. However I'm excited for the new adventure & happy to be starting it at Prose New Hope ☺️"
