"I have lived at The Lincoln for six months now. It was based on a blind move in, and there are no regrets that normally follow with such a decision. The office staff Daniella, Chloe, and Meagan are always friendly, and attentive to get to any issues or concerns that may arise. They are not afraid to take action even with things outside their duties making sure things get handled without a wait! The building's public areas are kept clean, and well maintained. It is a pleasure residing here at The Lincoln!"

"I absolutely love living here! I toured many apartments downtown and this was by far my favorite...and less expensive. The location is perfect and can't say enough good things about Meagan, Chloe and Daniella in the office! They go above and beyond to make the residents happy and sonetimes I just stop by to have a fun chat with them :) And shout out to Ceasar who keeps the building spotless and just all around great person. Great mix of super friendly residents and just a few blocks from restaurants and bars so still quiet. My apartment is gorgeous...guests are always amazed at how quiet and pretty it is and I've thrown some really fun parties in the awesome lounge area. As long as I'm in Raleigh, im staying here!!"
"I’ve lived at the Lincoln apartment complex now for less than a year and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I have ever had living in Raleigh. It is located in the heart of downtown so there is always something to do on nights and weekends. My apartment was a one-bedroom and very affordable (around $1,500 per month). And the view of the skyscrapers were very enjoyable at night. The management and staff there are top notch and the amenities including the fitness room, swimming pool, game room and parking area are awesome. I’m sort of sad to be leaving but I have nothing bad to say about my day and if anyone were to ever ask me if I would refer it, I would totally give them 5 stars."
