"I love living here! Maintenance comes out right away to fix any issues. At my last complex, maintenence never stayed staffed so I had to wait prolong periods of time for things to get fixed."
"I came from NY looking for someplace to call my new home and have been searching for apartments in Cary. Your apartments are gorgeous, all sorts of great amenities...the closets are huge! But the hidden jewel of this complex was our tour guide, Emma. Professional, cheerful, knowledgeable, respectful and just absolutely lovely to be around. She was our first tour guide in the area and she raised the bar so high, no one else came close to her level. She is definitely an asset to your company! Treat her well! :)"
"Went to tour with an appointment and cannot tell how fantastic Emma is. She has a real positive energy and really effective in answering all of my questions. Apartments are great and gives luxury vibe even from the lobby."
"Horribly overpriced for what it is. When we first looked at the apartments they showed us a gorgeous show apartment. When it came time to move in they showed us our apartment and the fridge was dented, cabinets were painted terribly and the floors had gaps in them. It was annoying at first but we got over it. Then, the elevator started breaking every other week, fire alarms going off, key fobs to get in the apartment barely worked, hallway stunk. They spend a lot of money to make the outside look pretty but practically nothing on the inside. Do not recommend."
"We lived at the Franklin for 2 years and our experience quickly went from a 4-5 star experience to a 1 star. The staff was very friendly initially, and then things went downhill once the lease was signed. Many passive aggressive emails were sent out about the use of amenities, and the pool was threatened with closure too many times to count. They are very stingy with the use of amenities, especially the pool/pool deck and clubhouse. There was a constant marijuana smell throughout the hallways and people would often smoke on their patios, making it impossible to open windows or enjoy your own patio due to the odor. The garbage chute rooms and surrounding areas smelled horrible and were frequently littered with garbage. The elevators went out of service several times for extended periods of time. The building entry door locking mechanism malfunctioned constantly, meaning you'd have to walk around the property to another entrance to get inside the building. Our entire building was left without water for over 12 hours, with minimal care or concern from the staff. When it came time to renew the lease, the price went up astronomically, even though there were no improvements or additions made to the property that would reflect such a price increase. During the move out process we respectfully expressed our concerns with some of the "damage" charges and the staff was extremely condescending and rude when they "explained" the charges. We were then threatened with collections if we did not make payment. Word of advice, you should ask to be shown the bottom of the carpet prior to move in, unless you want to be charged for a full carpet replacement upon move out. Overall, it has been an extremely poor experience with this property and staff. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this company."
