"I have lived here for 3 years and I'm counting down the months until my lease is over. Serious theft problem here!!! Packages are constantly being stolen from mail room and your front door. Management does nothing to change their clearly failing mail delivery process here. Would absolutely not recommend if you plan to have any mail delivered to you while living here."
"We relocated from Park Central after five years to Midtown Green and I have to we are so glad we made this move. Midtown Green is quiet, and has more of a neighborhood feel vs a concrete industrial living experience. The staff is great and the neighbors are wonderful. Because this building faces the green, it is wonderful to walk out the front door and just take in the sights and sounds of all that North Hills has to offer. If you are looking for the best property in this area for the value, this is the place to live. The amenities are also spectacular. Oh yes, and of course it is dog friendly!"
"Midtown Green is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! My boyfriend and I have been living here for a year and have renewed for another! The staff are so welcoming, they really go out of their way to go above and beyond! The residents are also very pleasant and we’ve made many friends during the events! You can’t beat the location, I love the park area in the front. On the lawn you’ll see people walking their dogs, family’s convening and in the summer they have concerts! There are many stores and restaurants that are at a walkable distance. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further than Midtown Green!"
"Midtown Green is an excellent apartment community! I moved here from out of state just over one year ago, not knowing anyone. I was embraced by this community: my neighbors and the leasing/management staff. There are so many ways to meet people, whether it be the social events, in the common areas, or even just outside walking your dog. One of my biggest concerns moving to a new area was safety, and I feel extremely safe here at Midtown Green. The outside area is very well lit at night which makes taking a puppy out at 3am feel a lot safer :) The management team is so responsive to any concerns or complaints and maintenance is quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone!"
