"Have been staying here for a month and have not had use of amenities due to my key fob not working. I’ve been to the front office many times and have been given the run around, and expressed my frustration of paying for something i cannot use, and i was told that amenities are not included in rent. when it is known that amenities and the maintenance of them are budgeted into rent even if it’s not clearly identified. there’s a lack of urgency, concern, and understanding on the front office’s part. there’s has been no email updates or a general statement even issuing a problem with them and the solutions they are trying to reach. the pool has not been open since i moved in late august and now that it is open in october, i am still unable to freely enter due to my key fob not working. i work a full time job and am unable to come through the office during the day, which i have had to accept as a solution from them for weeks now."
