"Wakefield Glen is a well managed community. The office staff and maintenance team are very professional and helpful. I've been a resident for over 2 years. I'd been a home owner for over 50 years. I feel like I really lucked out when I found this complex. I looked at several brand new complexes but none can compare to the spacious floorplans, high ceilings, walk-in closets, separate kitchen and dining area and laundry room. Wakefield Glen feels more like a home than an apartment. Plus the location is GREAT!"

"Just had the BEST apartment tour and experience with Leasing Consultant, Brittany M. She had a very welcoming personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the property. I also had the pleasure of meeting a long term resident who had nothing but positive reviews of their current stay there. Not only did I have the opportunity to see the community and receive information, I was also left with a parting gift, to my surprise. Brittany was a breath of fresh air! I recommend Wakefield Glen as a visit if you're touring for your next home!"

"I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the management office of an apartment complex, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the standout was definitely Brittany, the office manager on duty. Brittany went above and beyond to help me with my service request. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide helpful suggestions. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The rest of the staff was equally as fantastic. Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained and had plenty of amenities to offer. But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service provided by the management office. It's clear that they take great pride in ensuring their tenants are happy and satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex and its management office to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. "This has been outside of our apartment for a week, with nothing done. They tried to raised our rent to $2000 a month. It has gone up $300 every year …and this is what we are left with a week after signing our new lease. Took two days to get our water back on, and we don’t hear back from the office for days at a time. Now the workers trash are filling this hole. And no one has been here in days. It takes weeks to even get a simple repair taken care of, and pest control that is part of our “HOA” fees comes once in a year if you’re lucky. Everyone I know that has lived here has moved out, and nothing has been updated for ages. The pool is closed for half the summer, the office keeps making their hours shorter and shorter, and I can not explain how upset I am that I just renewed another lease here and no one cares at all about their residents. Cracks in the foundation, roach infestations, mice, etc. Take a good hard look before wasting your money here. I took years to post this kind of a review, but with no response from the office in a week, I feel no other choice. This is disgusting, and truly unacceptable…"

"I love living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in Raleigh. The staff are extremely responsive and accommodating. The property is constantly being maintained, and it is beautiful, with the tall pines, well-manicured landscaping, and flowering trees. I'm always seeing bluebirds outside my window perched on the tree, and I have the most beautiful sunrise every morning. It is peaceful. The apartment is spacious, is beautifully designed with large windows and a lovely sunroom, and there is more than enough closet and storage space. I can't think of a better place to call home."
