"I'm happy to revisit this review if the company reaches out but currently I feel 2 stars is fair. Pros: -Fast appointment set -Arrived in time -Techs were friendly and courteous Cons: -I wasn't confident with the experience of the techs -flame control valve needed replacement and it wasn't -no tools left the truck -asked for a quote to install a gas line. Never responded. -$160 for two techs to come out for 45 minutes to not complete anything or call back Again my goal is not to leave a less than satisfied review and I'm open to edit this review if something changes but currently 2stars is more than fair. Thank you"

"Steele Mechanical is always top notch! I use them for my regular maintenance and any need in between. My AC went out on the hottest day so far this summer. Mark and his assistant were here within an hour after I called and had me in a cool house before the afternoon was over. Very grateful!!! I highly recommend!"

"On my way in to Mint Hill on 12/20/22 @ 7:45am one of their employee vehicles cut me off on brief Rd. There was a passing zone so I passed the truck. From there and through Mint Hill this vehicle was tailgating, flashing, cursing and driving wrecklessly - in his work vehicle. It was a very scary situation. I also caught it on dash cam and my own camera. This is a terrible look for this company. If this is his ethics and temperament on the road, I can't imagine as an employee. I hope the owner deals with this situation promptly. Thanks"
