Park & Market Apartments

"Regarding the apartments and the area: I moved to these apartments 2 months ago and so far, I am enjoying my new home. These are great apartments in a great area. It could be a little noisy during the weekend, but I don’t mind it since I moved from a big city. The area has exactly what I want and whatever I need in walking distance. (Restaurants, bars, Bowling, grocery store below the apartment complex, nail shop, and an area for small concerts,…etc) In regards to the staff: Norbeli took the time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had a good connection and building a working relationship, I could trust that she would make sure I was happy with the unit I selected. Her kindness and professionalism are one of the reasons why I decided to choose Park and Market for my new home. Now that I have moved into my new home, anytime I come down to the office, Norbeli and Sam always greet me with a smile, they are very helpful to my needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. There were some repairs that needed to be done when I first moved in, but the maintenance staff was very friendly and quick to respond to my issues. Norbeli, showed me how to get on the mobile app and submit my request anytime repairs in the home are needed. She also made sure I had the mobile app for the mailing packages. If you want a great experience looking at a new home at Park and Market It is with great pleasure and confidence that I recommend speaking with Norbeli and Sam for your rental needs. They are very professional and friendly, and they will make sure that you have a great apartment tour."

"To start with, our Superstar Leasing Manager (Norbeli the Magnificent) catered to our needs from walking in for a tour to daily SOS requests. Whole team is awesome. Day 4 but we're hooked. As the saying goes: "Park and Market - Upstairs from everything!" UPDATE: Recent storm exposed less than adequate weather seals on all windows. Wind and water made their way in. Plan on fixing myself."
