"The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I had to call the city inspector, the outlets are out the tub is old. The toilets are so out dated they are almost on the size of a potty when training your kid. The apartment smells like a dirty dish rag. There are bugs and no exterminators comes. There is mold and the floor are either rotten from age or there was a flood before I moved in 5 months ago and I want out! Do not waste your time or money. The bathrooms near the pool are disgusting the laundry room as well. If there are other amenities Susan didn’t show me. She is rude beyond measure, not sure why she chose a job dealing with people. Amber at the main of talks down to people and heard this from several neighbors. Now George the maintenance guy is the best!!! Oh the deck is old and funky and she lied about the appliances. This placed needs a huge overhaul.. it is disappointing and I want out! And I am not the only one.. I was told average 5 months people want out! They served me ejectment only court papers two days after me telling them I called the city of Raleigh about those sinking floors. Now they came and asked if there was a flood I told him I did not know and that Susan gave me a fan…that wasn’t even a bandage."

"I have been a resident at Village of Pickwick for almost 2 years. I have really enjoyed living here. I feel safe here. My maintenance requests are always addressed and completed quickly. Just this morning I was having issues with my A/C and they had it back working properly within a couple hours. The front office staff is always very professional and accommodating with anything I have ever asked of them. Parking is a breeze. And I just love the tall trees throughout the complex. I also really appreciate that the rent is a fair price in this wild market. 10/10 would recommend!"

"By far the worst experience I have had ever living in an apartment. The front office does not communicate well at all. They are very forgetful, and you need to stay on top of them with issues you have. We have had plumbing issues, MICE (all of our neighbors seem to have them as well) A/C and Heating issues, and most of the appliance have needed to be replaced, all before 3 months of living here. The mainteince guy straight up told us that only 2 out of 10 people renew there lease."

"I’ve waited to post a review after I’ve lived here for a month or so, and now I can say that this is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with renting an apartment. Having a decent, clean, safe place to live shouldn’t be difficult, and the management here makes it so easy. Stacy and Linda went above and beyond to accommodate me while I was applying for a unit, when they definitely didn’t need to— it would have surely gotten rented out to someone else, but they went the extra mile just because they cared. I’ve filed two maintenance requests, and both were completed satisfactorily the very same day. It’s very easy to get in touch with anyone or make a payment online. The valet trash service is great, as well. The area itself just feels very calm, and I’m looking forward to making this apartment my home for the foreseeable future!"

"I've enjoyed staying here. Going on my 4th year. Only complaint I really have is not being informed when the maintenance guy will enter my apartment. I've had a couple surprise visits and it's been very irritating but that's all I can say. Peaceful, nice staff. Just recently changed the manager, I have yet to meet her but seems very organized and friendly. Now we get a monthly calendar of what to expect and when they will come in your apartment. I really like that. I've lived in both the townhouse and apartment complex. Other than that parking is BRUTAL when living in the apartments so we reserved a space. Sooo worth it ! They've been awesome with us."
