"I went to one of their tours and had SO MANY questions. At first, I thought I’d catch them on a question they can’t answer, however there was this super pretty tour guide, she was very upbeat and cheery! Even though she says she’s new; She answered all my questions and applied MORE information to her answers, she’s amazing! Granville Towers sounds like the perfect place for me, I can’t wait to apply!"

"Granville maintenance is literally amazing!!!! They were so quick and helpful and even fixed my roommates towel rack when we didn’t even have it on the work order!!! They are the best 100/10 thank you!!! Update: 4 months later and the staff continues to impress. First shoutout goes to housekeeping, who fixed our toilet and we didn’t even ask!!!! This amazing act was followed by maintenance coming to fill the order request I had submitted about the same problem like an hour later!!!! He was so nice about it!! AND THEN my suitemates closet rod fell and maintenance came in 30 MINUTES. The service is immaculate. We love you Granville staff!!!!"

"My daughter is attending Carolina this fall and she has planned to stay at Granville Towers since January. Around 2 weeks ago she was recruited by one of the sports teams there and needs to stay in a different dorm with her team. I contacted Allison the minute the coach contacted my daughter. I knew there would be a cancellation fees. I was told 500.00 because I did not notify in them in time. How do I notify before I ever knew. It also says the fees would be at there discretion in the contract. I would think someone would understand this situation. I am fully aware i need to pay some form of a fee but 500 when this was something not planned at all and I think it just shows what kind of people own and run Granville Towers. The fees are 200 if they are able to fill the room so I'm assuing they will not be full this fall.I hated to post this because this was her first choice in housing but I want others to be aware of who they are dealing with. I will pay the 500 and sleep well at night and I hope they can also knowing this is wrong."

"Franklin room layout perfect for a music major! Were able to fit a full size keyboard and arrange room perfectly. Move in assistance was 5 star. Can't beat the location for East Tower near everything."
