Tricia and her husband host cute events for the community, the maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues, the office employees are kind, and the lake access is great. It’s worth the price and we just signed the lease for another year!"

"Iris and Fanny were both really great help in securing my apartment. Fanny was super helpful and showed multiple apartments on my tour. She had great hospitality. Iris worked with me with my application and making sure my lease was secured and done as quickly as possible for my move in. Any problems that arises she fixed quickly and was very cooperative and knowledgeable. So far a very good experience. I’ve been in my apartment for a week now and it’s quiet, cozy, and a beautiful getaway from the city buildings."

"Edit: I wish I could keep this at my former 5 star rating. While the office staff is kind the new company that has taken over gives the staff here NO power to actually help the property. There are no events, the fences are falling apart, spiders infest the outside between apartments and the wooden steps up to apartments are slowly deteriorating since they won't take the time to properly seal it. The property is starting to fall apart and it's so very sad to see (and yet the office, one of the nicest buildings on the property is getting renovated again?) This is not even mentioning the 18% increase on our renewal rate they offered to us last year. When asking to negotiate such a large mark up, I was told I needed to email an overhead, who proceeded to ignore my follow ups emails for over a month before I gave up. The area is lovely, quiet and private and could be such a beautiful place to live if Knightvest wasn't actively working against it's own staff. It comes across incredibly tone deaf. Fingers crossed it'll change hands again to a company that will allow the lovely staff to actually up keep the property. I wish things would get better, it breaks my heart to be considering leaving- despite it all I still love what I wake up to every morning. - I was immediately impressed with this complex, besides the absolutely beautiful grounds the staff (specifically Brandon and Jeffery) were amazing to work with. They worked with us the entire afternoon to make sure we got the apartment that would be perfect for us. The area is quiet and stunning and somehow feels like a woodland resort WITH amenities to match."
