"Always have a terrible experience when it comes to talking to the leasing office and property manager about anything. Had to get a rental car because my car with the sticker was in the shop. Had it here for literally one night and they towed it, no warning or nothing. Leasing office said there is nothing they can do. A lot more wrong with staying here that other reviews talk about. Do not stay here and definitely tell everyone you know not to stay here, some people think "eh that won't happen to me" but me and my brother have ran into multiple problems."

"Left a review already when I first moved in but I'm going to update everyone on how bad it actually is here. They lie when they say this is a student environment, this is not student living, grown people stay here which is weird, never had this experience with any other horizon apartment but i wont be using them again. My truck with a permit has been towed TWICE in a month for expired tags. It is in the lease that a 24 hour notice must be given but I did not receive one the first time. The 2nd time i was literally waiting on my tags in the mail and the tow company told me to tell the leasing office to take me off the list so I'm not towed again. Leasing office said screw me we cant do that (Probably because they don't like me because of the last situation where they were in the wrong) What kind of people run this place? The leasing office does not even reply to my email unless of email the district manager."

"I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance service at this complex. I reported issues with both the washer and air conditioner on 09/24/2023, and as of today's date, they still remain unresolved. This is an unacceptable level of service. Basic amenities like these should not be neglected for such an extended period. It's beyond frustrating, and I'm seriously questioning the competence and efficiency of this maintenance team. This experience has significantly impacted my comfort and convenience as a resident. Immediate attention to these matters should be a priority, and I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for improvement."

"This is not “student living” there is older adults living in the apartments as well. The apartment complex is full of mold and bugs. They “try” to match you with compatible people, however it was a disaster for me. The 2 girls they matched me with left the apartment in a complete MESS when I moved out (please refer to the pictures) none of the things in the common area or kitchen are mine yet they’re charging ME $350 for the clean up of that space. This place is an absolute disaster, and a previous roommate of mine was almost physically attacked by another previous roommate because the leasing office evicted her because she had started a BUSINESS in the living room and she was being kicked out. That roommate that was almost attacked, did not feel safe and called the cops and had to switch apartment complexes. Our washer broke, and I put in a multiple orders and it took them 3 MONTHS to replace it. Their solution for the time being was to use the “show room” washer, however I work 9-5 plus I’m a student so I couldn’t do that. I had to go to the laundry mat for 3 months. This place is truly ghetto, and unsafe. No one communicates or responds to emails or calls, and they’ll probably respond to this review saying to reach out yet they don’t respond! I believe that this apartment complex needs to be reported for the unsafe and unlivable environment. There is soooo much black mold in the vents as well. I was constantly getting sick and not knowing why, but once I moved out, my immune system feels so much better. My advice to anyone is DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you’re going to be homeless."

"This is what I was greeted to today when I moved in. 2 trash bags were also in the room with fruit flies taking over. And a whole Christmas tree lit in the living room. Told the office at 12 and they said maintenance would get it handled since I had to go back to work. 4pm and it’s still like this. Ridiculous. When I checked in the front door wasn’t even locked so it seems the people who moved out in July left this trash and the door unlocked and the staff never even inspected the apartment. I couldn’t even sleep in my apartment on move it day it was so filthy. Had to get a hotel room. I attempted to clean it so I could maybe stay, after taking out all those bags of trash it was still unlivable."
