"If you want to share washer and drier with the people in the whole building, just rent this apartment."
"Bad area especially the "GFL Company " dumpster truck will wake you up everyday at 4:00am , I called the company and the proprety management, they said they can do nothing. So I do not recommend you guys to get rent there."
"I lived here for four years. I initially chose this place due to its low cost and location right down the road from NC State. The apartments are very small (about 500 sq ft), but it's fine if you're on your own. The apartments are very dated and fairly run down, but that's to be expected. I never had any problems with noise from neighbors despite it being so close to campus with several college students living here. Bugs were common, but it wasn't infested. Management was actually really good about responding to requests. They were usually there next day or the day after to fix anything that was wrong. Occasionally there would be odd smells coming from the kitchen area. I'm sure it wasn't anything that I did. It may have been from one of the neighbors' cooking but I'm not sure at all. I've noticed rent has gone up significantly in the past four years, and I would not say that the apartments are worth what they are currently charging. But if it's the only place you can afford and you really want something close to NC State, then this isn't a bad place to live."
"Nice and quiet. No problems. No bugs. Although small, it is in my budget."
