"Nice people and excellent communication. Unfortunately they do not deliver on results or efficiency. My vehicle has been there for roughly two months and they continue to try and cut corners on the repair work. I think they get the insurance company money and don't look back. It's too bad because they are very pleasant otherwise but results matter at the end of the day."

I realized, "Carolyne, you should really fix some of these paint chips *before you coat it*!" So, I called Cole's. I brought my vehicle in one morning before I had to go to work and Matt met with me and took some photos of my car to prepare an estimate. He got back to me the same day and I sat on it. Finally I decided to go ahead with getting my door fixed. He was able to set up an appointment quickly and the turnaround time was also very quick!
