"They need to fully tear this building down and create an entire new one. Pullen station as a building is incredibly run down, the "sinks" are nothing more than a bar sink (literally tiny, can't wash any dishes using it), pipes get clogged almost instantly since they are literally a inch in diameter. As the previous two reviews said there is a massive roach problem in the building, and not normal roaches we're talking German (which are the worst kind, the kind that brings mass genocide). The only way to kill the German roaches is, go figure, gassing them. Anyways don't live here unless you want to go insane and want to end your life. A better apartment community that is just as expensive but you get over 200 more square feet is called Westgrove towers, you can get a 1bdroom for under 1100 with over 500 square feet, dish washer, bathtub and way nicer living space. Plus unlike that tower that used to exist back in '01, it ain't going anywhere."
"Yes, Atlas’s comment below is accurate. Suggest avoiding. I stayed Airbnb Unit 65, it was horrible. Roaches every night. New furniture and bed thrown into an old rundown building."
