"Honestly, please listen to the reviews below. I should have done that, but I was tight on money and needed a cheap place to live close to my job. I can say that I don’t have any maintenance issues in my apartment and no mold/ bugs, but the issues that the residences are submitting in the other reviews are true. (The police, dogs, neighbors, trash, reaching office members, etc.) I have been dealing with loud upstairs neighbors since I moved in and I have submitted video footage taken during different times of the day, night and during quiet hours and the issue has not been resolved. A solution has not been made either. I have sent countless emails and called in. I have to send about 2-3 emails and wait days just to get an email back. Yes, I emailed the assistant manager email they attached to their google reviews too. The issue that I have been having for months has not been fixed and it’s not like I can go into the office because I’m at work when they are open. Also, the units do not look like the pictures or the in person tour if you are looking for that. When I signed my lease, I was told I would have a fenced in patio with the black appliances but then when I looked at my apartment description in the welcome email they send, I did not have any of that. It was too late to change this as the other units were $300 extra and other apartment complexes were high, so I settled. Please don’t settle. I would have stayed at my old apartment complex and made the 1 hour drive to work if I could go back in time."

"Horrible apartment complex run by even worse property management company. Since I’ve lived here, 2 years, the pool has never been open, all my neighbors on my floor have gotten evicted (some violently), there have been drive-by shootings, including a dead body found in the woods behind the complex last month. About two months ago, I had to be evacuated from my apartment because Raleigh police stormed the apartment across the hall with riot shields and assault weapons because my neighbors were barricaded in their apartment, hiding from the police in connection with an armed robbery. ZERO COMMUNICATION from staff after that event, or any of these events. This doesn’t even mention the broken trash compactor, staff who are never available, complete lack of maintenance support, and the mold and roaches in every single building and apartment. The office holds raffles to inflate their Google reviews, so do not trust any five star review. DO NOT LIVE HERE Edit in response to management’s reply below… that’s not even the correct email address and is rife with typos. If you’re going to try to fluff your Google Business Profile reviews, at least proof-read first you illiterate morons. Edit #2 - DO NOT LIVE HERE. The review right after this one mentioning that the people who manage this apartment complex are liars is 100% true. Management should be fired and never allowed to work customer-facing roles again."

"My experience with Arbor Creek Apartment was a nightmare. I resided there for approximately three years, and the process of leaving was unexpectedly difficult. It's crucial for potential tenants to understand that their so called "Month to Month Lease" is, in essence, a 2-month to 2-month agreement. Tenants are required to give two months' notice prior to vacating, a detail that was hidden deep within the various addendums of their lease documents. I had consulted with the front office multiple times and was informed that a single month's notice was adequate for those on a Month to Month Lease. Regrettably, I took this advice to heart. After vacating the premises, returning the keys, and having my online account with them deactivated, I believed the chapter was closed. However, to my astonishment, I was later contacted by a collection agency demanding payment for an additional month's rent. At no point, during my interactions with Arbor Creek—whether face-to-face or via email—was I informed of any outstanding obligations. When I approached Arbor Creek about the unexpected charge, pointing out the guidance I had followed, they remained unmoved. I transitioned to a month to month lease after my initial term ended, willingly accepting a higher rate for the perceived flexibility. It doesn't seem reasonable to expect two months' notice for such an arrangement. Throughout my stay, I consistently settled my dues timely, yet now I am faced with a blemish on my credit report due to a communication oversight on their part. Their premature deactivation of my account further misled me, causing significant distress when the collection agency reached out. Unfortunately, Arbor Creek seems to lack a commitment to transparent and ethical business practices. It's disheartening to think others might have faced similar challenges with them."

"They still haven't send maintenance to my apartment for the service request, and when we first moved in, the place was filthy and infested with roaches. They also never even offered to show us the apartment before demanding that we pay a deposit for it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management does not pick up the phone since they just care about stealing your money."
