"We are content that we made this move! The staff are very respectful, attentive and polite. We are very comfortable thusfar in our new place. The community is safe, clean and pet friendly! I would highly recommend."

"I am one of the first people to have moved in since they opened. Pros: -The maintenance team... Specifically Sam is the man. He is the best and most consistent thing about this place. I can always rely on him and he does good work. -The location is solid between downtown Cary and Raleigh, and is close to lots of great grocery stores etc. -You don't really hear the people next to you at all while in your apartment. You will hear people above you but it's not too bad. Cons: -They have raised the rent every year since I moved in considerably. Their justification is that it's to stay competitive, but in 2 years it's gone up over 300 dollars a month with no added value to the property. This is all after two property managers ago when I moved in said the company rarely raises the rent. -The parking situation is TERRIBLE. On weekend nights there are times where there are 0 open spots, people park all of the place, and if you park next door you get towed."

"If you have pets… STAY FAR AWAY! After living here for 1 year we had one pet stain by the backdoor of our apartment and we are being charged over $1200 to replace all of the carpet in the whole apartment. You’re charged a $300 pet “fee” which they are very careful to not call a “deposit” plus $35 a month in pet rent that doesn’t actually cover or go toward anything other than “allowing your pet to live there” so after a 12 month lease you end up paying $720 for nothing. We were also told when we first toured the complex that if you have any pets at all, they replace all carpet when you move out before a new tenant moves in, incase of allergies. This is obviously not the case. If you have pets, I advise you to look elsewhere for an apartment."

"We loved our time at the Clairmont! We recently moved out because we were able to purchase a house, but otherwise we certainly would’ve stayed. My fiancé and I combined lived in four apartments across Raleigh and this was our favorite. The pros: The amenities are great and really well kept. The pool is fun all summer long and we loved getting to use the grills year round since they aren’t inside the pool fencing. The staff here is so helpful. Unlike the revolving door of staff at other complexes, Kim and Tyna knew us by name and were always friendly. We loved our apartment! We had a two bedroom with awesome finishes and so much storage. The maintenance crews were wonderful anytime we needed help, too. The location can’t be beat. You’re walking distance to PNC Arena, Carter Finley and the state fairgrounds + Backyard Bistro and the restaurants in Wade Park. Plus you’re just 10-15 minutes to downtown. The price is also so much better than the other nearby options (as of 2022). And the Clairmont doesn’t do the day to day flex pricing, so the price they offer won’t change based on your moving date, like many complexes do. The only con we experienced is that sometimes the parking is a little tight. The staff is really great about helping you with towing though if someone is in your spot. Recommending the Clairmont at Trinity is a no-brainer. We’re really going to miss it!"

"Pro: postion is good, near highway. Matinance is fast. new apartment, equipments are good. cons: 1. has roach! 2. move out process is very unprofessional, everything need to be argue. When I move out, they told me that wil be 45 days to receice the final bill, to know if I can got the deposit refund. after 45 days, I got nothing. I need ask them myself. then, the final bill charge us mirror replacd fee, we need to argur again, cuz that not our fault. they deduct, which means if we do not argue, we will be charge the fee we do not need to pay. then, to pay the final bill, I make the paymeny in my account, they did not see it, and told me to pay it on the phone, which is truely annoyed and confused, we still need to argue, we have paid in account, you need to check again, then they found that we have paid. the whole process make the customer very tired, every step needs us to argue with the apartment"
