"I have used them three times and every time has been a bad experience. The first time using them, I dropped off three white dress shirts to be pressed. The employee told me that the shirts would be ready on a Wednesday. Came back on Wednesday to pick them up and the shirts were not ready and I was told to come back the following morning. I waited until late in the afternoon on Thursday before going back and the shirts were still not ready. I asked if I could just get my shirts back so I could iron them myself. The employee asked me if I was going out of town which threw me off, because what did that matter and why was it her business. I told her again that I just needed to get my shirts back. She left the counter and did not return for over 15 minutes, finally reappearing with my shirts half way pressed. She said that there was no charge. I laid 10 dollars in the counter and said that I wanted to pay. I thanked her a left with my shirts. I went back a month later with the same three shirts only to pick them up with black stains on the cuffs of all three shirts. I started using another cleaners in Cornelia who were able to get the stains out and did wonderful work. Last week I took my shirts back to Model Cleaners because I did not have the time to take the shirts down to Cornelia and I wanted to give them another chance. Left the shirts for one full week only to pick them up with all three having new red stains on them. When the worker brought my shirts up to the counter, she handed me a cell phone. The person on the cell phone apologized for messing up my shirts and said that if I leave my name and number the manager would call me about paying to replace the shirts. I left my card and of course I have not heard a word from anyone. I do not recommend them to anyone. It is one thing to make a mistake, but three back to back to back mistakes and then lie about wanting to fix said mistakes is unacceptable."

"They did a good job cleaning a pair of pants that I took to them. But, when I went to pick them up. They could not find them ...even with the ticket they gave me to use when I came to pick them up. I waited several minutes before a young man who probably worked there came up ... looked at my ticket to find where my pants were in the facility ...and went straight to them. They were in an area close to the counter where you pay for the service. That could have been the area where clothing that had been cleaned were ready to be picked up that day by customers. The person who couldn't find my pants initially, was probably one of the owners. He told me not to be too hard on them when I wrote their business up. Since they did a good job on cleaning my pants, I will go back; but I don't want to have to wait too long to pick up my clothes when I go back to pick them up on the day that they say my clothes are ready to be picked up. I"

"No problem with their work but the drop off process seems a bit disorganized and my clothes weren't ready when promised - required 2 trips. All the cleaning equipment is visible - no partition from drop off area - the environment could be a little more sanitary looking."
