"I lived here for almost 3 years. The rent is VERY reasonably priced, especially considering the location! All utilities are included. I went through a period of having a lot of bugs in the apartment but that issue was significantly addressed, if not resolved. If given the chance, I would choose this place again. I felt safe and never had any issues with criminal activity"

"Ultimately, you get what you pay for here but I love it! It's clean, maintenance fixed my dishwasher in like 2 days, the property manager is picky about his tenants but he's great with understanding about rent and all else like that. Location is out of this world, can't beat it! Only thing I would complain about are the walls are kind of thin, but other than that, it's great here:) definitely a must rent!"

"Been at mission valley apartments for over a year now. Place from the beginning was great ,Jack was great had everything painted new carpet fixed everything great before I moved in. Office people and maintenance have been very nice and haven't had not one insodent with bugs nothing,they exterminate every few months and keep up with everything as best as possible. Parking lot has been great and They keep up with safety with cameras and when there was Ice in winter kept walkway and stairs clear and safe. From what I heard what it was like in the way past, they really turned things around and Jack was great and now they have a new guy Joshua on hand since Jack departed and he's been very nice trys to help in everyway. It's how you keep up your apartment and I know when I moved in end of 2014 and how we the tenants keep up our hallways neat and clean and sometimes when things are broke in hallways like handles and fire safety stuff it's up to us to report things to office if people start disturbing these things and we are getting on the road to recovery after previous past owners and crew. Been happy here and with the management both from Jack to Joshua and maintenance and It's a great location walking distance to everything and living in Raleigh has been great. There's always electricity and water and when there's power outages from weather we are restored as soon as possible and they repair things quick like leaks etc.I only have had good experiences and Iam happy here and been blessed with great neighbors. I feel if you have a floor of neighbors and when you can finally have things delivered at door and left and no one steals,Wow and you finally have a trust its a great feeling.
