"Lady at counter was rude both times I was there. I had to wait while she finished her computer entries and her first question, "what do you need" just didn't set well with me. They do not honor prices quotes over the phone."

"Very disappointed and feel cheated! A couple of weeks ago I took in 7 shirts to be dry cleaned. As I took out my shirts from a bag I brought them in, I started counting them on the counter. The lady who is always up front, grabbed them from the counter, put them in a bag of hers, and issued me a ticket. She did not count the shirts and she informed me that the store was closed all the next week for vacation and told me the day they would be ready. What I did not know was that the ticket she issued me said 4 pieces (shirts in this case) and I did not look at the ticket. That was my fault, but I have never questioned her since I have been doing business there for three years. When my wife picked the shirts up, there were only four shirts that came back. I called her that afternoon and she was argumentative and informed me that she did not and does not have time to count any items that come in to the store. She said I should told her how many there were, but she never asked. So how was she able to give me ticket that said four pieces when she clearly did not know. I asked her to look for them and please give me a call back. The next afternoon I had not heard back, so I called again. She said that the shirts were not there and my ticket said four pieces and that is what I brought in. Not true!!! I felt the owners of Royal Cleaners would want to know what happened, so I asked her for the owners name and number. She hung the phone up in my face! I called back several times later and no one will pick up my phone call if they see my number. The shirts were good merchandise, but that is not my issue. If they were lost or simply not accounted for, it is what it is. It is the way I was treated for no reason. I was professional in all my calls with her, I just feel the owners need to know. BTW, maybe she owns the store! Anyway, looks like I have to go to Elijay for now own!"

"This place ruined my husbands suit. Red dye stains in the legs and color faded. We are locals and we will not return here and I don’t recommend any one going here if you have nice clothing that needs to be dry cleaned."

"I do admit, they do a wonderful job on making ones cloths look brand new again. I guess that's way there a little pricy. But, if you have nice things, I like to keep them nice. For this reason, I continue to return here. M. Mohr"
