ARIUM Kildaire,

"We’ve just recently moved into Arium Kildaire and they’re advising that they refuse to fix an issue that is causing a HORRIBLE sound to intermittently reverberate throughout our home (at 89 decibels) at all hours. Day and night. The noise sometimes occurs every 3-5 minutes and for 5-8 seconds, literally making me lose it - not to mention that the CDC reports possible hearing damage after 70 decibels. The Arium Kildaire office states that even though we pay for peaceful enjoyment of our apartment that the lease has to be looked at as a whole and they don’t have to make the repair. They advise, after we spent a LOT to move here that we can move out early at our own expense. We would never have chosen this place if we knew they were going to be this way. Our neighbor reports that they told them that their baby’s room has a broken window & the cold air is coming in air (it’s been in the teens this week!) They refuse to repair that too. I regret not looking them up on the BBB to see they have a F rating. They clearly aren’t interested in tenants having their physical needs met much less care about resolving basic needs. Queue the pat, empty, corporate response below… (I’ve already emailed etc, they refuse to permanent fix the problem)"

"I am utterly impressed. I came to look today, the day after X-mas and I met the manager Nicole. The property was beautiful, the grounds were uber clean, the décor was so stylish with the high ceiling and all the accent walls blew me away. the vibe felt so great but her customer service was beyond impeccable. To actually have the manager working the day after X-mas so her employees could be with their families is pretty amazing. I have looked at several other places and I found some things to be lacking in either being tidy, or the employees not really treating their job like they were the owner. This place hit all the marks. I hope to relocate here and if I do this place will be the one for me. On a side note, the ladies room not only had pretty nice foaming hand soap but they also had a decorative hand lotion as well!!! I have been to 5 star restaurants that don't even have that. Also you can pick an accent wall that they will actually paint for you in your favorite color Amazeballs."

"I only just moved in a couple weeks ago but so far Arium has exceeded my expectations. Office Personnel and the maintenance team have been quick to respond to my needs/questions and are very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend."

"Moving to Arium Kildaire has been the absolute best decision for me and my family. There is ample living space, great community amenities, large patios, & their rates could not be beat for the size of the unit! The maintenance crew is great! My children love it here and that is more than any parent could ask for! The only thing lacking is community events and maybe a pet spa."

"This luxury community is outstanding. The grounds are so well kept and the apartment is updated with all new stainless appliances and new floors with fresh painted walls. Beautiful community pool and grill/lounge area. Dogs on leashes. Full gym and water fountains! Friendly and helpful office staff. Thank you Whitney, Kathy, Kevin, and Trevor for being so kind and welcoming to a stranger in town. Speaking of location.., so many great places to eat and shop surrounding the community ( 5 minutes walk away). Sidewalks paved and clean."
