"Have lived here for a little over a month. The application process was smooth the property manager Lavarria is amazing and helped us even down to installing Wifi! So helpful, maintenance is great and I found no issues with my apartment."
"A few changes in management, now left with unprofessional, condescending office staff when issues with apartment arise. I’d been a resident here for years and can frankly say the property is at its WORST. They can’t keep maintenance staff. Be prepared to have consistent issues with apartment regardless of updated appliances or style. I had a pipe burst from the upstairs bathroom bc there is no regular maintenance of plumbing throughout property so they seem to deal with “as it happens” basis, and it took days before they helped with the issue that ruined carpet upstairs, went down the stairs, saturated and covered most of the living room carpet and broke through the ceiling going into the kitchen. It took over an hour initially for anyone to even respond to the pipe burst in the middle of the night— somehow they were able to charge me for outdated and ruined carpet I had to insist they replace due to the damage and smell from pipes, even though the pipe burst was from no fault of my own. I received the hardest time just to get help and the nastiest attitude from Susan in the office. Not family/kid friendly neighborhood anymore, main ofc. manager Susan is a true “Karen”, I’m surprised the property hasn’t been sued yet bc of her way of conducting the business, lots of stray cats if you like that though, most areas for kids are now unattended, nasty dog parks. Rent increases yearly regardless of property upkeep and negligence but master bdrm is spacious."
"I have been living here for about 2 years. When I first moved many things were out of order. There were and still are roaches, bugs, pests. The laundry door was not attached to the hinges. The bath tub was extremely dirty. The fan is not secured to the wall completely. My experience has had Ups and downs. The maintenance was terrible but has gotten a lot better with the new guy that began work not too long ago. He is great and attentive and kind. But can only do so much for a huge complex like this.the neighborhood is always dirty. They have one guy who cleans almost everyda but it’s impossible to clean after everyone…I was told I can not renew my lease approximately two months prior to my lease ending due to “plumbing”. So I am being forced to move. (Which isn’t the worst option actually) my energy bill had sky rocketed due to tHE AC unit. And they did not fix the issue but after much back and forth gave me a credit to ONE bill that reached well over my usual bill. Recently I have experience RODENTS! The leasing office was advices via email and through the work order portal and I received no contact back. I usually don’t make reviews but after the rodents I can not hold my tongue anymore. The leasing office is fairly friendly but bare minimum effort is usually given and you have to stay on them for serious matters. There was a period of time where I thought I could tolerate living here but the rodents is unacceptable. UPDATE: there are still mice. The office was dishonest and told me terminix was on the way but I spent the entire day waiting fo nothing. The manager, after reading my review made many excuses, and sent the nice maintenance guy to fill holes on the outside. Keep in mind I reached out several times (email, in person, maintenance requests) honestly the only reason she contacted seemed to be because of my previous review. No appt was made to schedule terminix when I’d be home. However she made it very clear she was going to charge me for keys that the office gave out. I explained to them how terrified I am of mice, and the bare minimum has still been done."
"My father has lived here since 2002. Great location and really nice office team. The new maintenance man Ryan is awesome. Super thorough"
"Don’t Stay Here Do not waste your time or money staying here! The office manager Susan is a horrible manager. She’s rude and threatens eviction if you ask her to fix the property. The maintenance man are lazy. They don’t fix anything. The plumbing in the town houses are horrible! It’s always having water leaks and flooding. The places is not safe for your health! It smells like mold! These town houses are hood and not worth the money. They’re not kid friendly! Beware please go stay somewhere else! The prior managers kayla and Victoria Where amazing! Since new management this property has declined. Don’t stay here!!!!!"
