"I have lived in Pine Ridge for about a year now and it has been a great place to live. My unit is a one bedroom apartment which is alot of space for a single guy like me. The complex is walkable to the train station and many amenities in the area (about a 10 minute walk). The Property manager Lorielle has been helpful and friendly and the tech very knowledgeable and helpful. During my time living on the complex they have added a playground and dog park which is a welcomed addition. The community is nice, friendly, quiet and I like that there will be some games and community events ranging from Christmas festivities to springtime events keeping the community active. My only thing is we are close to the station and my unit is a stone throw from the tracks meaning trains will come by which if you don't mind the trains, I highly recommend Pine Ridge. Oh yeah, the price of the complex has went up since my application and move-in which is a downer but I am glad to have made Pine Ridge my home over the year."
