"This hodge podge group of misfits not only held my car ransom from me for a whole weekend (resulting in a $110 fine) but also did me the courtesy of bad-mouthing me to my employer at the time and cost me my job. It's amateur hour at geist bros & co. !! Good luck if you trust these mediocre mechanics to help you out. The ONLY thing that matters to them is money. Customer service is on the low end of their priority list and if I could, then I would steer anybody with a brain away from them and their "I don't have time for this" attitude. I hope you guys go out of business because you think having a contract with Bethlehem pd means you can treat people like they're somehow lower than you. Newsflash: literally anyone with very minimal skill can drive a tow truck...you're not special."
