Harrison Grande

"We have been living in Harrison Grande for more than 8 years and it is only for the last year that their service has become deplorable. Tickets remain unattended for months and repeated visits and nagging for hours can sometimes get something barely done which should have been attended to months ago. At present we had caught the 7th mouse and asked them to block the huge gap under our dishwasher that’s an open invitation to the whole family of mice . The gap after a month was pasted with a plastic which opened in a day and now repeated visits to the leasing office did not get it fixed. In addition we remained without the main door latch for a month and the broken kitchen faucet is still unattended. Overall this place is in shambles."

"Got bait and switched with a screened in porch after paying application fees, came to take measurements after getting accepted to be told that the ones we viewed are the only ones like them but ours would be exactly the same. The “New” worker that told us that lie happened to leave sick before we got there after talking to her that same day."

"I highly recommend living at the Harrison Grande for a few reasons. When I moved into my apartment I was going through a divorce and at one of the lowest points in my life! The women on the management team, namely Lori and Heather, did everything they could to make my transition into my new home a smooth one! Their kindness is something that I will never forget. And they recently added Miss Brittani who is another person that greats me with kindness and respect! My apartment is spacious, I had new appliances, TONS of cabinet space and storage and the bedrooms are both huge!! The maintenance team is amazing! No long waits for any repair needed and always respectful to my home if repairs are done when I’m not home. Lastly, I have a teenage son that LOVES being able to safely walk around our neighborhood! That is a huge to me. My son and I both sleep peacefully at night. Great prices, great location and great staff!!"

"Office is very rude and mismanaged. office staff will lie and scam for extra fees ,heather is very short and rude,and was not very helpful during the move experience. the leasing office would call me during my working hours and bother me with what my roommates did or did not do for the move, it’s almost as if office staff refused to do their job and only contacted me. Britney is very incompetent and has no idea what is going on in the office. A month ago I was told that I needed to have a 65 dollar application fee but due to a “mix up in paper work” when they asked us to change units. my roommates and I were charged a additional 65 dollars when they did not know what apartment to put us in. my two roommates and I were treated very poorly and were practically ignored until one of my roommates dad came to the office. the website they had was outdated and they refused to do anything other then the bare minimum. the apartments are great but the office staff needs to go would prefer more friendly and and competent staff as well as a staff that appreciates the renters paying there salary"

"First day we got our keys, they hadn't finished cleaning and the faucet in the bathroom wasn't installed. Had a huge mold issue under the sink from a leaking dishwasher. Told maintenance and management, and they said "it's just mildew, not mold" (mildew IS mold!) And refused to fix it. I am allergic, and could not live in my apartment until they fixed it, almost two weeks later after I finally convinced them to fix it. When they pulled the board away, all of the wood was rotten and growing a whole ecosystem. Then they had to install 3 different dishwashers because each one was old and broken. Their clubhouse was shut down the entire time I lived there, and there was new office staff every couple of months. My cats regularly caught mice and roaches. Don't be lured in by the spacious apartments, they're not worth the continuous trouble."
