"We've lived here for two months, after selling our California home and moving to Cary. We absolutely love it here. Our townhome is spacious and nice, feeling more like an owned home than a rental. The maintenance and care of the property is peerless. The neighborhood always looks great, and the neighbors take pride in the community. We love the management, too. They are warm and caring. And we enjoy using the amenities and attending the events that foster a sense of community. (Can't wait for the pool to open this summer!) Additionally, the location is fantastic - less than one mile from shopping and the Greenways, and a couple of miles from I-40, yet we sleep really well at night because the immediate area is so quiet."
