"Great place to live and prime location for undergrads, grad students, or small families. However, the management made the experience unpleasant. It took DAYS, sometimes weeks, for maintenance or management to respond to small requests. They made empty promises, *thinly* veiled threats, and rarely took my concerns seriously... BUT seemed to elevate our neighbors' concerns instead - little professionalism and borderline prejudicial."

"They were flexible about working out a time for a showing. At the showing, Lori was friendly, professional and comprehensive, showing us all that this property had to offer. She showed us multiple units and was up front about how certain aspects would turn out after construction was complete. She allowed us all the time we needed to look at each unit. They were clean and modern. Although we didn't end up signing with Yellow House Mgmt, we had an overall positive experience. Thanks!"

"My son is a student at Guilford College and Fleming Trace is within close proximity to campus. We loved the apartment for him immediately and the manager was quick at handling all of our questions and really eased our concerns. It's difficult enough letting your kid fly from the nest for the first time and she made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. The apartment is beautiful and one of the most reasonably priced in the area. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles such as a pool or a gym however they are pet friendly and don't gouge you for wanting to bring a pet with you. My son will likely stay here for a few years until he graduates. It's a quiet community that allows him to focus on school and stay away from the "party crowd". I would definitely recommend this community for it's location, management, value, diversity and aesthetics."

"Fantastic property management company. My daughter has an apartment with them and the Manager is responsive and caring. It makes you feel comfortable as a parent knowing someone is looking out for your daughter as their tenant. Their maintenance is contracted out but does a great job and is very responsive and takes his time explaining things. Would definitely recommend."
