"We have been living here a little over a year. At first, things were great. Management was accommodating, maintenance was on point when we called but the past 5 months or so, things have gone down hill. We had a dryer incident that took forever to get looked at which put us going to the laundry mat to dry my clothes and now I have a charge on my account that I called the office to get an explanation for and I was told by Gina that she wasn't sure why and that I'd have to call back a few days later when the manager (Caitlin) over those issues had returned. I asked to speak to the property manager Crystal and was told that she "didn't have time" to handle my issue. Coming from hospitality management, that's extremely unprofessional. Not impressed at all."

"I moved here from NY and took the first apt that was close to the Triangle. I am constantly disappointed by the trash being left out on non collection days, and loud neighbors. The leasing office staff / Manager are helpful with issues, although takes a few emails. Maintenance is good and fixes everything right away, that is what gets the stars. However, the value for my square footage is not there. And my patio is right next to the noisy a/c units with no barrier, so I can't use it. I am moving for more square footage and a screen in porch. Unfortunately it seems all developments here have exorbitant yearly increases and you have to move every 2 years."
