"We lived at the Walker for the past year. It’s a great downtown location with excellent facilities. In particular, we enjoyed the Sky Lounge, lounge on the ground floor with a pool table and the pool and BBQ area. We didn’t have any furniture when we moved in, so the co-working facilities were a lifesaver for us. Nicole, Hannah, and Ryan are helpful and flexible and do their best to help with any requests or concerns. Mike & Don in the in-house maintenance team are the most responsive maintenance team I’ve ever come across and are really excellent. All in all, a lovely experience for us."

"I lived at The Walker for the past year and absolutely loved my experience! The front desk staff and manager were always so responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. Maintenance requests were easy to submit and any issues I had were fixed very fast (especially if it was something urgent like when my A.C. went out during the summer). While I moved out in the end of 2023 and only got to experience the park open for a month and a half, the location of The Walker in downtown Cary is perfect! You have the park right there and many restaurants around that area. I will say the park does bring some unexpected difficulties with the parking deck, but that did not take away from the overall experience I had while living at The Walker."

"The Walker is a great location in downtown Cary and a brand new building. Unfortunately none of that matters when you have the parking situation the Walker has. They did not build their own parking and instead use a Town of Cary parking deck that is shared by the Walker, the town library and the new town park. Safe to say that leaves no parking for the residents. Multiple times I have come home and had no where to park at my own apartment complex, forced to park 3-4 blocks away in a neighborhood and walk. For the price they are asking for it is ridiculous for residents to not have a reserved spot. The Walker has yet to even address this with their residents and if you ask you are met with, “it’s the town, we can’t do anything”. Great building but horrendous living situation."

"I’ve always wanted to live in a community where I had lots of options for shopping, eating and socializing, all without having to get into my car. I have found that and more at The Walker. More than 50 restaurants, bars, coffee shops and services are a short stroll from my front door, and I have a front row seat to the new downtown Cary park. I love the contemporary aesthetic of The Walker's communal areas and apartments. The clean lines, high ceilings, and large windows create a peaceful space to call home. And staff and residents have been so welcoming, organizing events that have made it easy to get to know my neighbors. I couldn’t be happier."

"I’ve lived in a different apartment every year for the last 3 years and this is hands down the BEST living experience by far! From the front desk Crew Hannah, former manager Brittney and now Nicole, plus the maintenance staff that’s always down to pet my pup Wyatt, everything here is absolutely fantastic! The gym is perfect, the pool was the best amenity in the summer, especially to meet fellow residents. I go to the coffee bar every morning, and it’s so easy to get packages delivered, or to send a virtual key to let my visitors into the building while I stay up on the 5th floor in my apartment. I love this place!"
