Meridian at Harrison Pointe

"Jorge Castro called me to find out what exactly was going on with the bedroom fan. We had a great short conversation and he welcomed me to the community and said he is looking forward to meeting me. I can’t wait to move into Meridian! Also high compliments to Ben for hanging my draperies and magnet board. He gets things done right the first time and is very personable. Ben came to fix loose carpeting between my bedroom and bathroom. Adjusted the strip and is perfect now. Thanks Ben! Needed a storage unit and maintenance keyed it so I can use my same front door key. Works great so I do not have 3 keys to deal with. Was done within a few days so I could use immediately. Large enough for the items my bedroom closet could not fit. Oven light needed replacing and I could not figure it out. Jorge came and quickly changed it out for me. Jorge came and replaced my furnace filter. He also left an extra. Always pleasant and friendly. Love his positive attitude. Ben quickly replaced a missing fan cover on the outside of the building after I noticed it missing."

"A friend invited me over to their place at the Meridian at Harrison Pointe and I enjoyed the calm and neat environment. She told me about the great maintenance team they have and I even got the chance to meet one of them, Jorge Castro, who showed me some of the features of the complex. I felt super welcomed as if had just moved in there and Jorge was showing me around. He showed great customer service for someone who doesn't even live there. Can't imagine how well he serves the actual residents. Go Jorge!"

"We have lived at Meridian at Harrison Pointe for several years now and love it. The facilities are beautiful, the location is fantastic (walking distance to multiple grocery stores and several greenways), and the apartments have great layouts (including an awesome amount of closet space). On top of all that, the staff are great: Erin, Jorge and Ben are unfailingly friendly, professional, and helpful - they are the biggest reason this is such a wonderful place to live."

"The team at Meridian have been amazing from the beginning. We moved over from the UK and the team were extremely helpful in assisting with our relocation. Nathalie was incredible answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease as it was a big step for us. Special thanks to Stephen for being a superstar and helping with everything. "Love living at Meridian! I have lived in several apartment complexes around the Triangle, and Meridian has been the best by far. The front desk staff are exceptional and timely in communication. Resident services here is fantastic, too! They are always planning fun and creative events and take great care of the residents. Nothing but top notch care and consideration, as they have always responded ASAP to our maintenance requests. Stephen, Ben, Erin, and Jorge Castro are some of the amazing staff who have helped make our time here great!"
