"The maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. My recent maintenance req was completed by 2 business days. Communication from the office has greatly improved. Changes like dog stations in smarter locations, smart locks & thermostats, and use of the resident app are welcomed. Loved the events like bbq, local businesses, & food trucks, even the free magnetic pads. Recycling is still required! Wish list: monthly donation pickup, community garage sale, community notice board by mailboxes, coffee & espresso station back, garbage stations and benches around lakes and apartments to bring residents out because living happens indoors and out."

"I only been here about 2 weeks and everything has been running smoothly! I definitely like the area because it’s quiet and reserved. The exterior of the apartment buildings are nice and clean. The interior of my apartment was cleaned very well but I still cleaned it anyway, that’s just the ocd in me! The landscaping is well groomed and beautiful. For future tenants if you don’t have a washer and dryer you can rent one from them for $30.00 a month. They have their own internet service so you can’t use another provider. The internet service isn’t bad but it doesn’t allow you to watch certain apps like Sling; that’s the app I was using to watch live tv before moving here which is a bummer! Lastly, you can’t move in until 3:00 pm or after 3:00 pm."

"I’ve been a resident here for about 2 weeks now and all around it’s been a good experience, im only giving 4 stars bc of some minor issues with maintenance stuff but all cosmetic things that you really don’t notice on the day to day. The overall vibe of the apartment is great the ONLY thing I hate about my apartment is the toilet it’s so small as far as the opening and it’s kinda lower than usual. The move in process: was super quick, the leasing lady had my packet all set up and ready for me when I came in, gave me my belongings and it was basically a 5 minute process. Very professional and nice. The pool is great you have a cute bbq area it just always seems to be used whenever I go. The applying process was really quick and easy too it probably took about a week for everything to get approved, super quick compared to other experiences. The property: very upkept and an overall quiet area. The other residents seem to be very polite as well, my building itself is neat and clean as far as the walk ways and the valet service is a nice touch. Appliances: I love the dark hardwood floors and the cabinet/countertop combo it’s a beautiful layout all together. The keyless lock is so convenient and it really gives that extra touch of luxury too. For the pricing of the layouts I think you really get what you pay for it’s definitely a luxury experience renting wise and I’d recommend giving this property a shot. The only other complaint I have is I wish they had the apartment numbers on the front of the building above each stair entrance I’ve had a few issues with deliveries finding my door especially at night and when we first arrived on move in day."

"Nice community, the apartments are spacious, and the transactions with the office for applying and on move in were professional and cordial. The apartments are decent condition though the fixing of damages and wear from previous tenants could be a little better, but any maintenance requests put in have been handled within a timely matter. More info at application and on move in about the unique internet and cable service as well as the whole smart rent system would probably be more appreciated by those who are not used to communities who offer such services. Outside of those things experience has been great so far and I think we're going to enjoy living here."
