"Be aware of serious issues before renting here. Appliances are outdated and malfunction, mold concerns, pest presence (Roaches and snakes!!), unclean carpets, and stinky odors throughout the building. Additionally, maintenance requests will take forever and even attempts to address these concerns through maintenance will be unsuccessful because issues are with overall building. See photos!! Management are awful and unethical. If scammed, you are not alone, file complaints with Consumer Protection."
"Nancy is the main lady who works at the front office, she is rude. She is nice until you sign the lease then she becomes unprofessional. She told me to leave a good review for her the day I moved into my apartment, good thing I didn’t because I wouldn’t have realized what kind of person she is. Another issue was, she gave me the wrong key to my apartment the first day I moved in and then I got the wrong mailbox key. When I came back, she proceeds to feel like she was annoyed with me, she gave me the 2 new keys for the mailbox, 1 of them was the wrong key.... I feel that they will try to overcharge you if they think they can... I had renters insurance until the end of my lease but I had to renew it, which I did before it expired. I got a call from the office and I told them the policy number and a picture of the details of the insurance. They charged me a $75 renters insurance fee and said that they tried to call me, which they did not. They said they will call the corporate number and get back with me to see if it can be removed, obviously they did not try and did not contact me. They will try to charge you as much as they can. The apartments lack insulation, during the winter it will get very cold and during the summer it will get super hot. In the main bedroom, you can feel the heat radiate from the wall, your AC will be high. Highly important, they email you constantly about freezing pipes, you know why, because these apartments are probably built cheap and probably have freezing pipes due to lack of insulation. The only pro I can say about this apartment is how nice the maintenance people are. The only issue is that they ignore small issues and fix bigger problems which should be done but leave the little issues never being fixed. I don’t think it’s their fault though, probably how they are told to do things. Maintenance are really cool people. I did not give a 2 months notice and my lease was supposed to end on November 10th, Nancy told me my prorate until my new move-out date (December 10th) will be $3,239. I am not completely sure if they charged me an extra month, they kept sending charges to the website where you pay your rent and then removing other charges... it was a mess. I also took photos of a walk-through of my apartment and made sure it was clean before I handed my keys in to make sure they do not try to charge me out of spite. They have my nonrefundable security deposit, that I know can cover anything even though I left the apartment clean. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. Bryant and everyone else in the office is nice."
"Don't believe the fake embellished reviews this is the real truth of how this company lets its residents live this is absolutely disgusting there isn't a single place in the world that this is acceptable for the people responsible of for the property to allow people to live much less the people that live there to behave and this is supposed to be a upscale property and upscale complex. Or is it that in order for maintenance to handle all the work orders they can't spare the time to clean up this filth"
"I lived here for 3 years and have zero complaints. Office and staff are delightful. Pool and amenities are clean and inviting. Maintenance requests resolved within 24 hours or less. Facilities and landscaping are well kept and clean. Highly recommend, no complaints in 3 years !! sorry I had to move to another state! Thank you!!"
"Update: My maintenance issues are resolved now. Thanks for taking care of it. ‐---------------‐----‐------------‐------- I have been staying in this apartment for 2 months now. Good people, good management, friendly staff, quick attention to emergency maintenance requests, however, very slow in handling non-emergency maintenance. They take it forever. I have a couple of requests in the system to clean up my clogged toilet and sinks. The requests are open for a month now. I have called & visited the leasing office a couple of times, but all the effort went in vain. So, my understanding is they won't handle the non-emergency request on time. You need to handle it by yourself. Beware of this condition before you rent it, so you have the right expectation set. Giving 3 stars for poor handling of maintenance requests"
