"Management is not responsive, always delayed services. I did not get my deposit back even when the whole apartment and carpets were super clean, they charged lame cleaning fees and even the little remaining deposit they did not care to send it to me. There is no response to the emails or the calls. Share the receipt number or tracking number of mail you sent for the refund because it has never been received, and I have mail notifications on always. Carpets were cleaned and definitely even had pictures of that. Please respond to the past emails that I have sent to your provided email address."

"I was in the area and stopped by these beautiful apartments, the landscaping was neat and this place looks like they really keep it up. I met a wonderfully kind lady Lindsey brown, she showed me around the complex , asked the great questions like a realtor that knew her stuff!!! . She was very professional and knowledgeable which I loved because just because you work somewhere doesn't mean you know the ins and outs but Lindsey definitely did. She's also exceptionally manner-able and definitely patient. I'll be returning soon just on the excellent customer service alone and the beautiful apartments."
