"I absolutely would not recommend this apartment complex. I have only lived here for a month and it took weeks to get correct keys. My toilet ran continuously and I put in THREE separate maintenance requests for it and it was never fixed when my request was considered “completed.” I had to call a third party to fix it, later I was charged $500 for ONE month of water. I have large cracks in my baseboard that have yet to be fixed. I still do not have keys to my connected storage room. My washer was broken for two weeks. Cabinets don’t completely close. The office rarely answers the phone and trash is never picked up on the specified days, yet you will pay the full valet trash fee. They will not take your maintenance requests seriously, rent cautiously."
"Multiple reports of car break-ins with nothing done about it. They just tell you to "lock your doors" as if that prevents thieves from breaking locks. I don't understand how they have yet to install surveillance cameras in the parking lots. Lots of safety issues."
"This place is a dump now, marajuana smoke comes through the units often. The office staff fails to answer the phone, there is no way to contact Greystar corporate to speak with a human in a timely fashion. They have a major pest problem with all kind of roaches. The valet trash that you pay for fails to pick it up on the specified days. Maintenance fails to follow up on orders placed and if additional repairs are needed. The sprinkler inspections happened and no one has circled back to repair the damage caused with replacing the sprinkler."
"I have lived here for almost 3 years. At first it was really nice, but the office has let litter sit around and not been proactive with maintaining a consistent trash pick up service. Our dumpsters are constantly full and overflowing, which is disgusting. Maintenance is a solid 4/5 because they are professional and quick (though our fridge has had a broken shelf since we moved in in 2021). The office staff never ever pick up the phones and the “night guard/security dude” is AWOL. We love our apartment but wish that the grounds were better maintained and that neighbors wouldn’t just leave trash and dog poop on the ground."
"PROS: Rent at time of move in was very reasonable considering good quality of apartment complex. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Neighbors are kind and haven't had any issues with noise. Maintenance team is very fast and efficient. CONS: Neighborhood lacks immediate access to grocery stores. Valet trash is very inconsistent yet we pay a good bit of money for it. No recycling on-site is a big negative."
