"We had our first deep cleaning on 22/18/23 by Kim and Sierra. They were friendly and worked diligently for almost 3 hours cleaning our house. I would definitely recommend them and appalachian maid services to friends. This was our first experience with any cleaning service and it was a good one. "Would not recommend this company. We had a cleaning done yesterday. We cleaned the house spotless beforehand and they had to do a deep clean only. Baseboards, dust, spots on walls, floors and bathroom tub/sink. Long story short we came home to find only 20 % of the job was done. They sent out a different set of maids later on to fix the problems and they got the majority of it done in 2 hours but still missed a lot and we had to walk through and point out basic things that we have already pointed out. Management and the workers were very difficult to work with and kept saying the phrase "we don't do that" to simple request like our ceiling fan (which is reachable with a duster) they refused to clean under a 4x3 throw rug. They kept making excuses and put up a fight about refunding the extra hour cost that they applied. Finally after speaking with them several times the refunded it. But unfortunately I am still finding things they did not do, like dusting our blinds."
