"Living in District Loft apartments has been a joy! I feel a part of a warm and caring community; the amenities are fabulous; location is perfect; I love my apartment and view! And the people that work here take GREAT care of us - they really care about us and are always available to help at all times."

"We have lived at District Lofts for little over a year and it has been clean and well-managed. They have been very friendly and responsive. The management was very accommodating during the construction on the building facade (which is now over!). They also provide nice "extras" such as online classes (art; cooking; bartending) and donuts, pizzas, milkshakes, sandwiches, smoothies (about once per month)... all free to residents! There's also a 10% discount on area business so that's nice too. The only "negatives" is that the landscaping work around the buildings can be noisy very early in the day (leaf blowers at 6:30am have woken us up on more than one occasion), as can fitness classes out in the square. And, during "normal" (=non-pandemic) times there is a weekly Friday summer concert series which is really noisy (and the music isn't that good). But those are minor points; it's a great place to live and I highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful place with great apartment finishes and awesome location, but leaves quite a bit to be desired in amenities. The office staff was amazingly nice and helpful. I almost moved there, but couldn't justify paying the same as The Bradford, which has all the amenities (and more than) you could ask for."

"The District Lofts has been a great place for me to call home(See pictures attached below). The community consistently sales itself. Every single staff member is kind and so helpful in every situation. Since I have been living here my apartment has remained in top condition; nothing is left undone/half done thanks to maintenance. Living in a diverse community it is great that the staff host monthly socials to meet other residents (food catered by surrounding dining!) and the socials are always fun. I love that District Loft is situated in Park West Village. Within footsteps, it's location allows me to dine, shop and relax all in one. My apartment is facing the green lawn and movie theaters yet, even on event days or the busiest days/nights I barely can hear any outside noise unless I opt to sit outside on my balcony and enjoy the live music. A small concern I had before signing my lease was that I'll have a hard time finding parking on a daily basis. However, there is always an ample amount of parking within walking distance and there is also a covered garage for resident parking (great for when it snows). Each entry into District Lofts is secured with key entry for high safety, even the gym and common/social areas. It was a great decision of mines to live at the District Lofts my experience continues to be nothing but well-rounded quality."
